student vision of this space
A food court and residence to help with the lack of affordable housing and food availability downtown while complimenting the existing buildings and attractions. Chukchansi Park and the block of breweries located near the building and future developments such as the high-speed rail make this area prime for development. Having a proposed building like this is very practical and would help breathe life into the surrounding blocks and provide more eating options for the people that work and frequent the downtown area.
