History of building

Built in 1881

First Fresno Newspaper, The Daily Expositor occupied the ground floor

1888 second story was added

1989 Ground Floor expanded

At one point there was a Saloon on the first floor with a lodge all above on the second floor.

Planned land use: Downtown Core. Currently there are no occupants but this location provides an optimal opportunity for business and shopping while establishing the cultural heart of downtown Fresno. This project aims to regenerate community through mixed use models that represent the Fulton Street Core.
