Campbell's Ice Cream Parlor, and Samuel's Smoke house and Tobacco store made up the first floor with offices above.

student vision of this space

Transform the Helm building into a mixed-use building combining work live and play in one space. The first floor will be a marketplace similar to Pike Market Place, in Seattle Washington, where one can connect with local artisans and food explorations. The second and third floors proved housing for the local downtown community.
